Note: Keith AC, between the seats ducting may interfere with install of these current models, New mounting arms are currently under design. No AC no problem.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SHARP EDGES AND SO FORTH UNDER THE SEAT PLEASE USE CAUTION, GLOVES MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA.

THE INSTALLATION IS SIMPLE AND SHOULD TAKE APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 15 MINUTES. DO NOT REMOVE THE SEAT FROM THE AIRCRAFT TO INSTALL.

SIMPLY SLIDE THE PILOT SEAT AFT AND SLIDE THE COPILOT SEAT FORWARD. (See Figure 1)

ACCESS THROUGH THE COPILOT SIDE.  PLACE THE C CLAMP UNIT IN THE CENTER OF THE HINGE POINTS OF THE 1" SQUARE TUBING ON THE UPPER SECTION OF INBOARD SIDE OF THE PILOT SEAT BASE  (See Figure 2), THE CLEARANCE IS TIGHT, PLACE ONE END ON THE TUBE AND WIGGLE THE ARM/C CLAMP BACK AND FORTH SLOWING PUSHING IT INTO PLACE. FORCING IT COULD CAUSE THE ISODAMP BLUE RUBBER TO ROLL. PLACE THE BOLTS THROUGH THE C CLAMP ONCE IN POSITION. (See Figure 3)

ACCESS THROUGH THE PILOT SIDE AND USE TWO 7/16" WRENCHES AND TIGHTEN THE BOLTS FOR A "SNUG" FIT SO THE ARMREST IS MOUNTED FIRM.  DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.

(See Figure 4)

ONCE YOUR ARMREST IS INSTALLED  YOU CAN ADJUST THE HORIZONTAL POSITION SLIGHTLY UP OR DOWN BY ADJUSTING THE SET BOLT UNDER THE ARM. (See Figure 5)

(FIGURE: 4)

THE OVERALL TENSION OF THE MOTION OF THE ARMREST CAN BE ADJUSTED BY TIGHTENING THE ATTACH BOLT LOCATED AT THE AFT END OF THE ARMREST. WE RECOMMEND THAT IT BE SNUG AND NOT TOO TIGHT .(See Figure 6)
